Listaa Group, Inc. ("Listaa," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to safeguarding the personal data we gather through our website, mobile application, social media pages, marketing activities, live events, and other services. This Privacy Policy applies across all of our digital platforms.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described.

Direct User Submissions: We collect contact details (name, email, addresses, phone), demographic information (location data), account profile elements (username, password, photos), communications records, marketing preferences, payment information processed through Stripe, transaction history, and user-generated content.

Venue Representative Data: We may collect event specifics and attendee records, business information, government-issued identification numbers, and financing program details from venue representatives.

External Sources: We may obtain information from public records and social media data, as well as marketing partner information.

Automatic Collection: We automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, mobile carrier, network information, usage activity tracking, geolocation data (with consent), and email engagement metrics.

Listaa uses collected data for account management and service delivery, service improvements and personalization, marketing and promotional communications, fraud prevention and platform security, and regulatory compliance.

We may share your data with service vendors and business partners, payment processors (Stripe), advertising and analytics partners, business affiliates and subsidiaries, law enforcement when legally required, and other registered users as necessary for the services.

Data we access: If you choose "Sign in with Google," we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture (scopes: openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile). If you choose "Import contacts from Gmail" on the Invite Friends page, we additionally request read-only access to your Google "Other contacts" (scope: contacts.other.readonly) and retrieve the name, email addresses, phone numbers, and photo of those contacts.

How we use it: Your Google name, email, and profile picture are used only to create and sign in to your Listaa account and to display your profile. Retrieved contacts are shown only to you so you can choose which friends to invite to Listaa. Only the contacts you explicitly select are saved to your private invite list, and we send invitations only to those contacts. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Sharing: We do not sell Google user data and do not share it with third parties, except with service providers who host our infrastructure on our behalf, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.

Storage and protection: Google user data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections and stored on access-controlled servers. Google access tokens are used only for the single import request and are not kept for later use.

Retention and deletion: Account profile data is kept while your account is active. You can delete imported contacts from your account at any time, revoke Listaa's access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, or request deletion of your account and all associated Google user data by emailing support@listaa.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

Limited Use: Listaa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

You have the right to access and update your personal information, unsubscribe from marketing communications, control cookie and tracking preferences, and request deletion of your account and associated data.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Information collected through SMS or mobile communications is used solely for operational, transactional, or service-related purposes. Phone numbers are not sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data remains protected.

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
